Sales and Listing History Requirements… Bill King explains the changes in the 2003 Uniform Standards of Professional of Professional Appraisal Practice that require a three year sales history effective to the date of the appraisal for single-family dwellings and 2-4 unit residential properties instead of the previously required one year.
